January Recap!
I was pretty productive in January!
I made 15,948 stitches this month, with six finishes.
First, I finished the January section of the Linens and Threads SAL. This was my first SAL, and I love the colors. It will likely end up being mostly for practice, but I am having fun stitching it.
Next was a finish from my January Geeky Stitching Co. subscription box. I loved stitching this little guy. The aida she uses in this box is so nice and soft.
I am also on a quest to do as many ornaments as possible this year to tie onto presents, so I finished a pretty sleigh from the ornament issue of Just Cross Stitch. Honestly, I hated stitching this one. I now realize it is because of all the white, but I didn't realize that at the time. Apparently white thread is hard for alot of people!
Next up was my January Geeky Stich box. I quickly did these two owls so that I can turn them into Valentines cards. Again, they were on pretty, soft aida.
And last, but definitely not least, the last night of January I whipped out the first section of Fat Quarter Shop's Bloomtopia. This is for a great cause, and I loved every second of stitching it.
